I frequently post about pet contests, giveaways, and sweepstakes. (Yes, I really do enter every one that I post about. No, I really don't win much...a recent copy of "The Dog That Loved Too Much" from Pets Blogroll was very exciting though!)
My perspective is that it can't hurt to enter right? I set up an extra email account that I use just for entry forms. That way, when I am signing up for contests, coupons, giveaways, etc I don't have to worry about my personal email getting spammed. I also use the form completer from Google that makes filling stuff in even easier.
Do you enter contests? This article on MSN Money is really interesting. It talks about how winning sweepstakes and contests isn't always about luck. I definitely found some tips that I am going to be using for upcoming pet contests and sweepstakes entries.
